VINYASA FLOW - This class is recommended for experienced practitioners that have a solid foundation in yoga fundamentals, sun salutations, and breathing techniques.  The practice of linking breath-to-movement is intensified to energize and build heat for a dynamic practice that emphasizes connection to breath and body.   This class is not appropriate for persons working through physical injuries, or pre/post natal women. (Intermediate/Advanced)
