The annual GlobeMed Summit brings together students, alumni, experts, activists and grassroots health leaders for three days of diverse sessions, workshops, networking and idea-sharing. Our annual network-wide conference provides students with a critical understanding of broad theories in social justice and global health, educates on best practices in effective and ethical work, and provides a space to network and build relationships with existing social justice and global health leaders and future colleagues.
The 2015 GlobeMed Summit will take place from March 26-28th on the Northwestern University campus in Evanston, IL. We will bring together 300+ students, alumni, partners and peer organizations from across the world for a weekend of sharing and learning. Through this experience, delegates will be equipped to be more effective leaders, partners and change makers.
The keynote event with Dr. Joia Mukherjee will be March 28th from 4-6:30pm at the Alice Millar Chapel 1870 Sheridan Rd, Evanston, IL 60208.
