This course will introduce all genders to the rich and diverse world of Middle Eastern dance, covering many styles, including modern Egyptian, Turkish, classic Lebanese, and some Western influences. Students will learn basic posture, movements, isolations, rhythms, and music. Come explore the health benefits of one of the oldest dance forms in the world! Each class begins with a conditioning warm up and ends with a cool down and stretches. No previous dance experience required.
