The Alexander Technique is a method of postural awareness known for helping performing artists to sustain their energy and physical presence onstage. By addressing and changing physical habits, it combats everyday physical stresses caused by hunching over desks, computers, and smartphones. Whether you would like to gain confidence in public speaking or feel less stressed at the end of the day, this course will offer practical help from the Alexander Technique to bring some ease into your daily life.
