Tai Chi is a non-combat martial art, a form of moving meditation developed in ancient China. During the tranquil state of mind that is promoted by Tai Chi, many great ideas have an opportunity to emerge. Come and join the class being taught by the Doctoral Candidate of Oriental Medicine, practioner with 30 years of clinical experience, Inna Melnikov, who has taught in the Norris Mini Course program since 2009.
