This workshop is designed for students who struggle with distractibility, concentration, or have trouble planning or completing work assignments. Workshop participants will be introduced to several evidence-based Mindful Awareness Practices that have been shown to rewire regions of the brain responsible for short-term memory, attention, and concentration.
