Drawing on three years experience in conflict zones , Rachel discusses how
rebel groups adapt their strategies to influence United Nations Peacekeeping
missions in ways that build their own local control. DR Congo is home to
the largest peacekeeping mission in history and provides broader lessons
into contemporary civil war.
