Energy Storage technologies are growing rapidly in the U.S. and world-wide. According to Navigant Consulting, an estimated 1,997 megawatts of new energy storage system installations were announced worldwide in 2016, with 15% of this in North America. Lithium-ion batteries are the leading type of energy storage, but other technologies are emerging as well.
This conference will explore recent advanced in energy storage technologies, as well as the applications and in-field examples of the role of energy storage.
