Title: Forward-backward asymmetry in top pair production at CDF and Tevatron
Speaker: Ziqing Hong, Northwestern University
Abstract: The forward-backward asymmetry of the top quark pair production at the Tevatron experiments remains one of the most intriguing topics in particle physics in the recent years due to earlier excess in the Tevatron results. It provides unique precision tests of the standard model and of physics beyond the standard model. I will present the latest measurement of the top forward-backward asymmetry in the dilepton final state and summarize the legacy results of the top quark forward-backward asymmetry at CDF and Tevatron.
