Soft Electronics for Clinical Medicine presented by John Rogers
Recent advances in materials science and device engineering establish the foundations for classes of electronic systems that have flexible, skin-like properties. This talk introduces the technology and illustrates its use in various clinical contexts, from wireless platforms for tracking of vital signs in neonatal intensive care, to monitoring of flow in cerebrospinal shunts, to measurement of biomarker concentrations in sweat.
