Join us for a presentation and discussion of Afro-Pacific foodways. Chef Guerrero and Dr. Opie will showcase the cusine of the Afro-Pacific coast of Colombia, a region with a population that is over 80% black, while discussing its historically global reach both socially and politically as part of the wider African diaspora. A light lunch of the regional cuisine will be reserved. Please RSVP, seating is limited.
