This monthly conference has been established by the Clinical Classification and Evaluation Committee (CCEC) as an opportunity to present and discuss examples of actual and near-miss events in patient safety at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and other sources.
The purpose of this program is to improve patient care and outcomes through the prevention of patient safety and system breakdowns.
