YourLife classes are co-sponsored by the YourLife Wellness Program and Northwestern Recreation.
Pilates is a series of exercises that stretch and strengthen muscles, while opening joints and releasing tension. This is a workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination. (All Levels)
Class size is limited; advance registration is encouraged. Registration opens on Monday, August 7 at 8am. (Drop-ins are welcome if space permits.)
•Late admittance and early departure allowed.
• If you are unable to attend class, please unregister so class space is available for others.
• Wear comfortable workout clothing.
• Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and yoga mat (if appropriate for the class format).
