Are you leading a student team? Research team? Teaching team? Administrative team? Do you want your teams to perform more creatively? In this interactive session, I will share strategies theatrical improvisers use to foster creative collaboration. Through a series of exercises and reflections, participants will explore cognitive and emotional barriers to creativity in teams and ways to pre-empt personal and interpersonal barriers to enhance performance. Absolutely no acting experience necessary.
