Allstate’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to build versatile leaders by providing cross-functional experience through three rotations in different areas of the organization, with one of these rotations being in a field office. Each rotation lasts one full year and aligns to a specific business area (Investments, Marketing, Product, Human Resources, Technology, and many more). This approach builds business acumen and a holistic understanding of the organization, which is knowledge imperative for successful leadership at Allstate.
