Join the International Office every 1st and 3rd Tuesday for a 30 minute meditation practice.
Meditation is a habitual act of remaining in a silent and calm state for a period of time. Benefits include:
• reduced stress,
• increased happiness and
• enhanced overall health.
The sessions will vary from guided meditations, to recordings and artistic meditations.
