Through its faith-based mission, Lawndale Christian Health Center is working to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of more than 50,000 individuals on Chicago’s west side, as well driving toward deeper community impact through the development of innovative community resources, such as Senior Day Care, the Lawndale Christian Fitness Center, the Green Tomato Cafe, and The Farm on Ogden.

This is a great talk for anyone interested in learning more about the LCHC and its commitment to improving the health of the undeserved in the community by going above and beyond providing medical care.

Bruce Rowell, MD is a pediatrician and Chief Clinical Officer at Lawndale Christian Health Center, founded in 1984 by Lawndale Community Church to address the deep need for access to quality, affordable healthcare in the neighborhood.
