Outcomes of internet-delivered psychological therapies for anxiety and depression in routine care
A large number of clinical trials have demonstrated the efficacy of internet-delivered psychological therapies (iPT) for high prevalence conditions such as anxiety disorders and depression. This talk begins by describing outcomes of iPT when delivered as part of routine clinical care, followed by a discussion of issues affecting the sustainability of such implementation efforts.
