YourLife has partnered with Northwestern Athletics to provide workshops in preparation for the 2018 Run for Walk 4.1 mile run and 5k walk. Discounted registration for faculty and staff is $30.
This workshop will provide strength training strategies to improve running performance and become more resilient to injury. Hands-on technique instruction will include bodyweight strength work and band glute activation.
