Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Define “implicit bias” and differentiate it from “racism” and “sexism.”
2. Describe a role for implicit bias in perpetuating healthcare disparities.
3. Describe a role for implicit racial bias in medical school admissions.
4. Discuss at least two strategies for reducing the impact of implicit bias.
