2. Describe opportunities and challenges in assessing learners in the workplace (i.e. validity argument)
3. Compare and contrast the use of workplace based assessment for formative versus summarize assessment
4. Discuss how workplace based assessments can support a mastery learning approach.
5. Evaluate the role that workplace based assessments play in a system designed to support summative decisions
