Global Health & Community Outreach Clinics: Innovative Approaches to Bring Services Closer to the People
Join Northwestern University School of Professional Studies (SPS) for a lunchtime table talk featuring Dr. Geoffrey Anguyo from the Kigezi Healthcare Foundation (KIHEFO), a not-for-profit NGO dedicated to community development in the Kabale District of southwest Uganda. Dr. Anguyo will speak to the innovative solutions that he and his team have created to address the reality that disease, poverty, and lack of knowledge are integrated problems affecting communities in sub-Saharan African countries.
