"North American Freight Rail 2019: PSR-driven 'Renaissance 2' or Missed Opportunity?"
Anthony B. Hatch
Senior Transportation Analyst & Financial Consultant
ABH Consulting
ABSTRACT:
Rails are at yet another turning point—facing great demand opportunity but also obstacles of their own (service issues) making and externally (technology and trucking, for example). Is radical operational transformation (PSR) the answer? With 4/7 major roads under a Precision Scheduled Railroading framework, it had sure better be!
SPECIAL LOCATION: Maggiano's Little Italy - 111 W. Grand Ave., Chicago
