Mark Galeotti is a world-renowned expert on organized crime in Russia. He will be speaking on his new book The Vory: Russia's Super Mafia, which draws on two decades of on-the-ground research to trace how Russia's vory have thrived and evolved through Stalinism, the Cold War, the tumultuous 1990s, and under Putin today.
