Join us for a lively discussion about Evanston’s new Climate Action and Resilience Plan, led by Chris Kucharzyk, a member of the working group that researched and designed this ambitious proposal. Chris will share about the plan’s goals, his work on greenhouse gas reduction potential, and what it’s like as a recent Ph.D. graduate making a big impact through municipal activism. Chris works as a Data Scientist at IDEO. He recently received his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Caltech, during which time he also worked at Northwestern as a Visiting Scholar.
