Part of WISER's Implicit Bias in STEM Symposium. Facilitated by Prof. Stephanie Knezz (Chemistry) and Lauren Woods (Searle Center), this interactive workshop will have participants explore personal biases, discuss ways to mitigate them, and practice strategies for interrupting incidences of bias against themselves and others.
