At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Outline the cultural, social, and economic factors that shape the key behavioral and motivational characteristics that define people from each generation.
2. Highlight the challenges to teaching and learning related to these characteristic differences and discuss strategies to overcome them.
3. Implement teaching strategies to empower all trainees and faculty to take better care of patients / improve quality of care.
