Description:
This high-energy Latin dance class pairs Latin beats to the steps of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Cha-Cha-Cha. Expect a full-body workout that gets the heart pumping and promotes flexibility and core strength. No dance experience or partner is required. (All Levels)
