Description:

This interactive session will provide clinicians with the opportunity to understand the impact of interpersonal, internalized, and structural racism as it is manifest in reproductive health care. Additionally, participants will become familiar with the reproductive justice framework and their role in reducing and resolving health inequities. Skill building will include bystander training and how to safely intervene, identification and communication to address implicit/explicit bias and racism, and identification of key resources essential to assist clinicians in resolving health inequities.
