sustainNU hosts "Thirst for Power," a documentary exploring the history of civilization’s quest to procure abundant water and energy. The film explores our dependence on water for energy as well as vulnerabilities in our current systems. Changing the way we think about water and energy can secure the long-term sustainability of both precious resources.
This screening is part of the One Earth Film Festival, a Chicago area film festival that creates opportunities for understanding climate change and the power of human involvement through sustainability-themed films and facilitated discussion. This year’s festival runs March 6 to 15 with the theme “The Power of We.”
