The 4th Annual FGLI Consortium Colloquium provides ongoing professional development around the needs of first-generation, lower-income students at highly-selective colleges and universities. The Annual Colloquium specifically serves administrators, staff, and faculty who work at colleges and universities, as discussion will be focused on supporting and empowering students within this context. Each college/university is invited to send one representative to participate and, post-conference, to share back with their institutional colleagues. In this intimate group setting, Colloquium participants will engage around an emerging trend or topic related to FGLI student development and support.
The FGLI (First-Generation, Lower-Income) Consortium - co-founded by Kourtney Cockrell, Director of Student Enrichment Services - is a national organization that provides leadership, expertise, and resources around the experience of first-generation and/or lower-income college students at highly-selective universities and colleges.
Northwestern staff, faculty, and students are invited to attend. Spots are limited - RSVP today!
