Co-facilitated by Adam Hibma, CAPS staff psychologist, and Elysse Longiotti, PhD Career Adviser, we'll spend time discussing stress management as a doctoral student through the pandemic. Identifying strategies for recognizing and managing emotions, we'll present approaches to re-gain agency and control in order to put structure around the doctoral job search.
