This session includes quick overviews of important Canvas organizational elements and small group, hands-on building time with TLT Canvas experts. At the end of the workshop, you will have the following items built in your Canvas course:

* Home Page
* General organization via Pages or Modules
* One sample Assignment
* One sample Discussion
* Organizing folders in Files

NOTE: This workshop is limited to six participants to provide time for individualized feedback and help. Come to this session with the following items:

1.- A syllabus or course map
2.- Access to your spring quarter Canvas course OR request a prep site.
3.- Please join the session via a computer that you can share the screen of via Zoom. While not required, this will allow the instructors to view your Canvas site as you build during the workshop.

This course is not an introduction to Canvas. If you are new to Canvas, please attend one of our Introduction to Canvas workshops or use our on-demand Introduction to Canvas training website to get familiar with the basics of Canvas before attending this course.

Due to the hands-on nature of this event, this session will NOT be recorded. If you register but are unable to attend, please cancel so that we can open up a seat to someone on the waitlist.
