Description:
How can we set up our students to succeed not only in the classroom, yet also help to prepare for board examinations after graduation? Student-created material and questions using educational technology such as PeerWise, Quizlet, and similar technologies are providing students the ability to understand the course material on a deeper level but can also be used as students graduate, begin residencies and prepare for the board and certification exams. This presentation will explore how to incorporate these tools into the classroom and beyond, as well as student feedback regarding the technology.
