Let’s celebrate a potato preparation you might not expect for St. Patrick’s day. If you’ve lived in Chicago-land for a while you have probably had a pierogi or two or seven… Let’s talk about how they are made and all of the different ways we can enjoy them! From the perspective of mother and daughter, Terri and Amanda Bartosiak, hear about how making them has transitioned to store made and the different ways to enjoy this very versatile Polish staple.
Please register for the Zoom meeting by March 10 to ensure that we have enough pierogis! If you will not be on Evanston campus, you can make your own or order from our suggested locations.
