Congratulations, your grant was awarded! Now what?
It may have felt like writing the proposal was the hardest part of the process, but now that you have been awarded, the real work begins! This workshop will cover some of the most important and immediate steps you need to be prepared to take in the event of an award from NIH. Learn what the expectations are and how to set your company up for success during the project period.
This session will cover the following topics:
-NIH Just in Time (JIT) process
-Getting started
-Records and reports
-Fraud
-Closeout
-Phase II preparations
The SBIR/STTR program represents the largest single source of non-dilutive funding. This workshop will provide an overview of the company’s responsibilities for post-award management of an NIH SBIR Phase I.
This seminar is part of 5-part webinar series covering key elements of SBIRs/STTRs and how it relates to those at Northwestern University. The talks are open to all Northwestern faculty, post-docs, students and staff.
