Objective: As we are working on our renewal application for the cardiovascular disease epidemiology T32, we would like feedback on what makes for a well-trained “graduate” of our program. We are fashioning our application around competency-based postdoctoral training as we described in the attached article published in Circulation. At this time, we would like your feedback on the competencies we should highlight in our training program and the strategies we should use to teach those competencies. Please join a highly participatory session where we discuss potential competencies and training strategies.
