Northwestern University's Querrey InQbation Lab is featuring the Q Founder Series, focused on key topics that early-stage startups face.
This Q Founder Seminar will focus on business and legal strategies for space needs beyond the InQbation Lab. In particular, the presentation will cover trends in the medical office and lab real estate market, how to negotiate lab and office space agreements, and the different types of flexible medical office and lab space. The presenters will be Adam Falkof, one of the leaders of Quarles’ national startup team and a real estate partner in Quarles’ Chicago office, and Jonathan Metzel, an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago with a specialty representing life science companies.
Adam Falkof and Jonathan Metzel are available immediately following the seminar to discuss relevant topics.
Please register in advance. Lunch will be provided by Quarles & Brady.
