Description:
This course is designed to introduce students to the art of Pole Dance! They will learn fundamental conditioning moves, and basic dance techniques, as well as many foundational spins and movements designed to increase body awareness, overall strength, and flexibility. The course is designed for true beginners and is open to all levels of fitness and backgrounds! This course is presented in partnership with Polerize.
