Northwestern University's Querrey InQbation Lab is featuring the Q Founder Series, focused on key topics that early-stage startups face.

Bringing something new to the world, producing results and getting people to believe in an idea is really hard.  Yet, you’ve probably seen CEOs who somehow manage to disenchant or even repel the very people who they (most) need: customers, board members, employees, investors.  This seminar will uncover five CEO behaviors that put success at risk.

Adam Goodman is an award-winning educator, researcher, and trusted advisor to leaders of companies, non-profit groups and other organizations. He directs Northwestern University’s Center for Leadership and is a Clinical Professor in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science.  The Center works with faculty and students across Northwestern’s schools and colleges, especially the Feinberg School of Medicine, the Kellogg School of Management, and McCormick.  An active consultant today and for over 30 years, he has advised over 200 CEOs, senior officers, executive teams and boards of directors globally and given hundreds of invited speeches and workshops around the world.
