Working with Boards of Directors: Why ‘Friends of Friends’ are Better Than ‘Friends & Family’ & Other Board Mysteries.

At their best, boards of directors are a valued asset in helping businesses grow and succeed. At their worst, boards are a necessary evil. Many boards are somewhere in between. Beginning with talent mapping, this seminar by Adam Goodman from Northwesern's Center for Leadership helps you take a design approach to building and maintaining a board you look forward to working with.
