The InQbation Lab's fourth seminar of the Q Founder Series will focus on venture debt by Bridge Bank.
In this talk, Mitchell and Luke will discuss the foundations of venture debt from the perspective of an entrepreneur and lender. Topics include term sheet basics, dynamics of raising venture debt, startup financial analysis, and resources companies can use to access venture lending. Mitchell and Luke will be available for a Q&A session after the presentation.

Luke Arnesen is an Assistant Vice President in Bridge Bank’s Technology Banking Group. He has five years of experience in venture lending and a passion for enabling innovative startups to reach new heights. Over his career, Luke has worked with over 100 startups across the United States. This work includes consulting services and helping startups prepare for and execute fundraisers. In addition to his work in venture lending, Luke has run seminars for accelerators and provided pro bono consulting services for the City of Chicago.
Mitchell Meersman is an Assistant Vice President in Bridge Bank’s Technology Banking Group. He has five years of experience in commercial banking, with two years specifically in venture lending. He has worked with Midwest startups to facilitate growth and solve their financial needs. Over his career he has also financed small businesses and solar utilities. Mitchell is a University of Notre Dame graduate with a BBA in Finance.
