On Friday, March 1, 2024, the Cancer Survivorship Symposium will bring together researchers, clinicians and other healthcare professionals interested in improving outcomes for cancer survivors and implementing best practice models to optimize patient outcomes. This symposium is designed to introduce a team-based cancer survivorship model and to explore facilitators and barriers to implementation. Participants will hear presentations and engage in discussions focused on integrated, multidisciplinary survivorship care planning that begins at the point of diagnosis.
