Dr. Levine is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland. She completed her training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh prior to joining the faculty at the University of Maryland. Her work has focused on better understanding precision medicine, as it applies to critical illness, and focuses on the intersection between aging, inflammation, sepsis, and the Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). She is both at University of Maryland Pepper Scholar and is completing a Pepper Center Pilot.
