Our “Have Coffee and Conversations” series is a unique opportunity for you to reconnect with fellow alumni, share your experiences, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting. This month’s topic will feature a question that is on all of our minds, “Exercise is Medicine: Are You Taking the Right Dose?”
 
This virtual discussion will feature Margaret Danilovich ’07 PT, DPT, PhD, ’22 MBA, adjunct assistant professor of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences. Exercise is good for you...but what exactly should you do to age well? We all know we should exercise, but what's the exact "prescription" to age well–our research is helping define that.
