Together we will identify gaps, misrepresentations, and a variety of -isms and brainstorm ways to address deficits in existing curricula. Participants are invited to read Witzke (2022) “Reading From the Outside: Teaching Violence and Oppression in Our Texts” in Classical Outlook 97.1 in preparation for the workshop.
