Managing Change - Faculty Leaders Series

Adam Goodman, the Director of the Center for Leadership, will present a session for the Faculty Leaders Series called, Managing Change: How can you identify goals, pathways, and processes to manage change in your unit?.

The Faculty Leaders lunch series equips department chairs, division chiefs, and faculty directors with the knowledge and skills they need for success. Faculty leaders will learn how to develop leadership skills, build community and manage people, navigate administrative structures and processes, promote vision, build a team and facilitate change, and solve problems commonly encountered in their roles.
