The Querrey InQbation Lab invites you to join OUP* for their fifth annual 'Ask a VC' webinar, a session where academic founders and our partner TTOs can ask Managing Partners Marc Singer and Bill Harrington anything and everything as it pertains to venture capital operations, decision-making, and the current investing environment. 

Since the purpose of this webinar is to answer your questions on venture capital and startups, submit your questions early. Query areas could include: 

-Considering the fundraising environment, recommendations on how to stand out amongst the crowd 
-The industry areas that are particularly interesting to VCs right now 
-The best ways to get introductions to VCs 
-Recommendations for first-time academic founders 

Panelists: 

Kirsten Leute – Kirsten is responsible for the relationships with over 100 academic institutions that are partners with the fund, engaging potential new partner institutions, and enhancing and creating value-add programs for the partnered academic institutions. 

Marc Singer - Marc helped develop and launch OUP in 2009 and is repsonsible for overseeing and approving all partnership investments and all other partnership and organizational activities. 

Bill Harrington – Bill is responsible for overseeing and approving all life science investment activities of the partnership, and along with Marc, is responsible for day-to-day execution of the partnership. Bill serves on the boards of OUP portfolio companies Hyalex Orthopedics, Neuros Medical, and MediSix Therapeutics.
