CIERA has partnered with the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center as a satellite site for their GPU Programming using OpenACC workshop.
OpenACC is the accepted standard that uses compiler directives to allow quick development of GPU-capable codes using standard languages and compilers. It has successfully accelerated real applications within very short development periods. This workshop assumes knowledge of either C or Fortran programming. Hands-on exercises using the Bridges-2 computing platform at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center are included to give attendees practice with the concepts presented.
