DESCRIPTION:The Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) is a part of Northwestern University's high performance computing (HPC) cluster\, Quest. New users are strongly encouraged to watch our "Introduction to Quest" video series as GCC orientation will cover specifics of using the GCC but assumes some familiarity with HPC systems. These orientation sessions provide an overview of the GCC resources available and focus on best practices for submitting jobs and managing data with those resources. Orientation sessions also include some review of Quest command line utilities.
